冷拉型鋼的發(fā)展歷史回顧

最早的鋼材成型手段遠沒有現(xiàn)在這么先進，都是靠手工鍛造得到的，直到第一次工業(yè)革命有了機器的出現(xiàn)，手工鍛造才被機器鍛造所取代。隨著蒸汽機的發(fā)明和蒸汽作為動力的應用，有了工業(yè)汽錘的出現(xiàn)，后來電氣技術的發(fā)展和電動機驅動的應用，促進了機械壓力機的發(fā)展，再后來出現(xiàn)了液壓元件和液壓技術，這些技術手段在型鋼鍛造領域都有很好的應用。

在最近半個多世紀，我國的模鍛設備和鍛造技術得到了飛速的發(fā)展，主要是得益于計算機技術、加工制造技術等科學的發(fā)展。這不僅使得設備的性能得到了進一步的提高，還為整個冷拉型鋼行業(yè)發(fā)揮了巨大的作用。雖然與工業(yè)發(fā)達國家相比，我國在這個領域的設備的技術和水平還有一定的差距，還有待進一步改善。
